JAKARTA, Indonesia — April 17, 2026 — POWTEQ concluded its participation in Lab Indonesia 2026 today, following three days of continuous technical discussions with laboratory managers, technicians, and quality control specialists from across Indonesia.

Held at the Jakarta International Convention and Exhibition Center, the event gave our team the opportunity to address real-world sample preparation challenges brought directly by end users. Visitors raised practical questions: Can heat-sensitive insecticides be ground without degradation? How do you process plastics that resist conventional milling? Is the equipment quiet enough for standard lab benches?

Rather than offering simple answers, our engineers walked visitors through the underlying principles, demonstrated the equipment in real time, and discussed how our local support network ensures long-term reliability.

What We Demonstrated

Our booth featured a complete sample preparation workflow, from grinding to particle size classification and sample homogenization:

  • Grinding: GT300 Vibratory Ball Mill, FM200 Ultra-Centrifugal Mill, MG200 Mortar Grinder, and CM200 Cutting Mill — handling samples across a full spectrum of hardness, moisture, and thermal sensitivity.
  • Auxiliary equipment: SS2000Vibratory Sieve Shaker, M10 Three-dimensional Shaker Mixer, and RSD200 Rotary Sample Divider for downstream grading and mixing.

During live SS2000 demonstrations, visitors evaluated noise levels firsthand and compared samples before and after processing. The feedback was immediate and specific — particularly on noise control and grinding consistency.

What We Learned

Several visitors shared long-standing pain points: material adhesion to grinding surfaces, heat buildup during comminution, and screen clogging. Our engineers provided application-specific recommendations for each case.

We also heard a shift in market perception. A laboratory director from a pharmaceutical company told us: "The reliability and design detail here are exactly what we need. Being able to test on-site — that openness says everything about your confidence in the product. That's the kind of partnership we want."

What Comes Next

We have scheduled follow-up demonstrations at multiple client laboratories across Indonesia. Our engineers will bring the relevant equipment on-site, run tests with customers' own samples, and validate performance in their actual working environments. This is a continuation of our localization strategy in the Indonesian market.

Lab Indonesia 2026 reinforced what we have observed: Indonesian end users are technically demanding and highly engaged. The most effective way to earn their trust is to let them see, hear, and verify — not just read a specification sheet.
